Junior/Senior Physical Education

Course 3 classes provide students with the opportunity to explore a variety of physical activities in search of one they can enjoy and participate in for a lifetime.  They are designed to give the students the opportunity to learn and develop fundamental and advanced skills and strategies of the activities.  Students will benefit from the comprehensive team activities and cardiorespiratory activities.  Students will be empowered to make wise choices, meet challenges, and develop positive behaviors in fitness, wellness, and movement activity for a lifetime.
