Fit for Life/ CrossFit Conditioning
This course is designed to develop both Health Related Components and Skill Related Components of physical fitness through a variety of activities that may typically include: aerobics, high intensity interval training, TRX suspension training, kickboxing, jogging, cycling, weight training and swimming. Students learn to identify and implement the components of fitness and skill to assess their personal fintess and wellness levels. Al students will learn to design their own personal fitness programs based on their own self-assessment data. Students will be expected to demonstrate knowledge and competency in all aspects of conditioning related to achieving a healthy level of fitness.
