The VICCI Center is the office of the school’s Registrar. She is responsible for maintaining the records of students’ courses and grades. She provides official transcripts of student records when needed by colleges and other outside organizations. The Registrar is generally available from 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday whenever school is in session.
Fill out a request form in the VICCI Center, any time between 9 am – 3pm every day. There is currently no fee. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must sign the form. Allow at least one day for processing. You will need your Lowell ID to pick up the official transcript. You may not pick up a transcript for another student.
Please note that official transcripts are presented in a sealed envelope. They are not for in-school purposes. If you want the school to mail your transcript for you, you must provide a stamped envelope addressed to the college or other organization receiving the transcript. See a sample in the VICCI Center.
Unofficial Scholarship Records /Transcripts
