The Technology Committee usually meets once a month, where the subcommittees of the Committee come together and discuss its overall progress, as well as its future operations. Each subcommittee focuses on a specific part of Lowell's technology, so that we may reach our goals in a timely and efficient manner. Volunteering at Lowell High School's Computer Labs
The Technology Committee is soliciting adult volunteers to work in a Lowell Computer lab. Shifts are 2-3 hours, and will begin in Fall 2010. Volunteers need to register with the San Francisco Unified School District and get fingerprinted. No specialized knowledge or experience is required. Volunteers will need to watch over the students in the lab, making sure that they are not defacing the technology and are working efficiently. If you are interested in volunteering for Lowell's Computer labs, please contact us.
