Online Arena

Thanks to all who made the online Arena a success.

During rotation 13, we did have a few miniutes delay due to database load. It was resolved within 7 minutes. Rotation 7 students were instructed to stay in the labs and ten minutes extra time was given to rotation 13. No one in Rotations 13 and 14 (the last two groups of the day) lost any time or course/section selection. 

Below is a link to a Google Docs form to be used to clarify the following Arena selections. If you signed up for the following course(s) but did not see them on your page during arena, please use this google form to re-sign up for the course(s) you missed.  We will manually input them to the database for you. Your schedule will not be considered incomplete if that's the only course(s) missing.

• Graduation is on May 29, 2013 @ 5 pm at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium!! 

  • Due to space limitation at the venue, each graduating seniuor will only receive four (4) bids for the graduation ceremony.
  • Depending on availability (very, very limited), seniors who attended the scheduled activities on both CAHSEE days, three CST testing days, and FRISCO Day may receive ONE extra bid, or may be allowed to participate in the drawing for ONE extra bid.
