2013 Physical Fitness Testing
We will begin administering the State Mandated Physical Fitness Tests (PFT's) on Monday, February 25, 2013. All freshmen will take the following tests: Mile run, Push-ups, Curl-ups, Sit and Reach, Trunk Lift, and Body Mass Index (Height and Weight). Sophomores through Seniors who have not passed the PFT's will retake the tests that they have not passed.

Senior Swim Test
All Seniors must pass the Swim Requirement in order to graduate.
The test consists of two parts:
1. Swim 4 laps
2. Tread water for 1 minute.

Swim Test Dates for 2012- 2013 All Testing is done at Sava Pool Bring Student ID and arrive promptly at assigned times
Senior Swim Tests Thursday Dec. 20th 7:25-7:50 Feb. 5-6 8:00-9:00 AM
